Job summary

The Pricing Analyst within the Facility Services division plays a key role in supporting the company’s commercial and financial strategy by developing and analyzing pricing models that ensure profitability, competitiveness, and operational feasibility. This role partners closely with sales, operations, finance, and contract management teams to prepare accurate, data-driven proposals, assess contract performance, and support strategic decision-making in facility management and cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities

Pricing Development & Analysis

• Develop, maintain, and optimize pricing models for commercial cleaning and facility service contracts, ensuring alignment with company financial goals.
• Analyze operational costs, labor requirements, and historical performance data to support accurate pricing decisions.
• Prepare pricing inputs for proposals, bids, and service agreements, ensuring profitability and compliance.

Financial & Market Insight

• Conduct margin analysis, cost projections, and scenario modeling to evaluate the financial impact of pricing decisions.
• Research competitor pricing, industry benchmarks, and market trends to inform pricing strategies.
• Provide actionable insights to support strategic pricing decisions and ensure competitiveness.

Collaboration & Process Optimization

• Work closely with operations and finance teams to understand cost drivers and optimize pricing strategies.
• Partner with sales and business development to develop customized pricing solutions for key clients.
• Support process improvements and standardization for pricing models, templates, and reporting tools.

Reporting & Governance

• Generate pricing reports, margin analyses, and bid profitability summaries for leadership review.
• Maintain accurate documentation of pricing assumptions, methodologies, and approvals for audit and compliance purposes.
• Assist in monitoring post-award contract performance and identifying opportunities for operational and financial improvements.

Qualifications and Skills

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field required.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in pricing analysis, financial modeling, or commercial support, ideally in facility services, janitorial, or B2B service industries.
• Experience supporting bids, proposals, or contract pricing preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data analytics and financial modeling tools.

Skills & Attributes

• Strong understanding of cost modeling, pricing structures, and margin management.

Location

This position is based in Miami, FL, and requires the selected candidate to reside locally or be willing to relocate.
