Job Summary 

The Vice President of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) is responsible for developing and executing the company’s pricing, trade investment, and portfolio strategies to maximize profitable growth across all channels and customers. This executive will lead the RGM function, bringing data-driven insights, cross-functional alignment, and disciplined execution to optimize top-line growth and margin expansion in a competitive consumer packaged goods environment

Key Responsibilities 

  • Define and lead the enterprise-wide revenue growth management strategy across pricing, pack architecture, trade optimization, and promotional effectiveness
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to embed RGM principles in planning and execution
  • Develop dynamic pricing models that balance competitiveness with margin growth
  • Optimize pack/size architecture and price ladders across channels and customer segments
  • Lead evaluation and allocation of trade spend to maximize ROI
  • Build promotional effectiveness frameworks and partner with sales teams to drive disciplined execution
  • Oversee advanced analytics, forecasting, and scenario modeling to identify growth opportunities
  • Champion the use of data visualization and performance dashboards for senior leadership and customer teams
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure brand strategies align with value capture objectives
  • Work with Finance to ensure accurate planning, reporting, and tracking of revenue growth initiatives
  • Build and mentor a high-performing RGM team with expertise in analytics, strategy, and execution
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement

Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in revenue growth management, pricing, trade marketing, or commercial strategy within consumer packaged goods or related industries
  • Proven success driving measurable revenue and profit growth through RGM frameworks
  • Strong analytical background with expertise in financial modeling, price elasticity, and trade ROI
  • Demonstrated ability to influence at the executive level and partner cross-functionally
  • Experience leading and scaling high-performing teams
  • Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred (MBA a plus)
