Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field.

·       3–7 years of experience in medium or low voltage power distribution/controls engineering, preferably in mission-critical environments.

·       Proficiency with BMS platforms (e.g., Schneider Electric, Niagara, Siemens, Honeywell, Johnson Controls).

·       Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, and control theory.

·       Experience with networking, protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks), and system integration.

·       Familiarity with commissioning processes and tools (CX, TAB, etc.).

·       Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

·       Must be able to work for any US employer without visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Experience with data center or mission critical infrastructure.

·       Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for control systems.

·       Familiarity with scripting or programming for automation and analytics.

Compensation 
The annual starting salary for this position is between $90,000 - $125,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Essential Functions: Intermittent sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, and lifting to 20 pounds.  Hand manipulation is required for grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation. Right and/or left hands utilized. Need to reach and/or work above the shoulder, as well as below the shoulder for same. Must be alert to equipment in the field, there will be travel, will work near construction job site equipment when in the field, occasional need to work near hazardous equipment and machinery, occasional need to walk on uneven ground, exposure to dust, gas or fumes, exposure to noise, extremes in temperature or humidity, and work at heights.
