About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver a range of business-critical projects, including new system implementations, integrations, and enhancements to existing platforms. This role will include managing projects end-to-end to ensure delivery to agreed scope, timeframes, budgets, and quality standards.
The position requires effective coordination and communication across cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, external partners, and client stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to influence, streamline, and improve internal processes while contributing to the growth and development of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver multiple concurrent projects through the complete lifecycle, from initiation and scoping through to delivery, testing, go-live, and post-implementation review.
- Create and maintain project documentation including project plans, RAAID logs, Gantt charts, business cases, and reporting dashboards.
- Define and agree project scope, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify, engage, and coordinate inputs from internal and external subject matter experts.
- Manage and monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating and mitigating where required.
- Track progress against milestones and budgets, ensuring accuracy and transparency in reporting.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, including project meetings, presentations, and status updates.
- Support tender, pre-sales, or bid activity by contributing to project planning and delivery proposals.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews, capturing lessons learned and measurable benefits.
- Promote continuous improvement and contribute to the maturity and development of the PMO function.

Background and Qualifications
Required:
- 3–5 years of experience managing software, system, or technology implementation projects.
- Demonstrated ability managing multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent project management qualification.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organisational and documentation capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Excel.
Desired:
- Experience within healthcare, recruitment, or regulated sectors.
- Understanding of system integrations (such as APIs, SaaS platforms, or databases).
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
