Weinbrenner Shoe Company, home of the iconic Thorogood® brand, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Control Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining accurate inventory, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring our products are ready for customers when they need them. What You’ll Do:
As an Inventory Control Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for supporting Weinbrenner’s core values by:

  • Conducting finished goods cycle counts and physical inventory counts.

  • Investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies by analyzing transactions and locations.

  • Updating inventory in M3/WMS, performing stock moves, and cycle count adjustments.

  • Tracking cycle count results daily and monthly to ensure accuracy.

  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory accuracy, shrinkage, and turnover.

  • Identifying root causes of variances and recommending corrective actions.

  • Collaborating with production and warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory flow.

  • Setting Min/Max quantities in WMS for new products and relocating products based on lifecycle and velocity.

  • Supporting audits, compliance efforts, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of system data in line with ISO 9001 Quality Standards.

  • Proficiency with Excel

Education & Experience:
We’re seeking candidates who are organized, efficient, and able to handle data with confidentiality. Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain is a plus.
