Key Responsibilities:

• As a FAM Manager, you will be responsible for translating client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of technology, function, or platform.

• Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case.

• Be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience, possess influencing and advisory skills, and be responsible for team decisions.

• Engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions will be essential, as well as providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams.

• Expert proficiency in Java is required.

• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Estimation and Planning, Program Project Management, along with Intermediate proficiency in Delivery Risk Management and Issue Management is suggested.

• Design innovative solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.

• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.

• Mentor and guide team members in best practices for solution architecture.

• Continuously evaluate and improve existing solutions to enhance performance and efficiency.

• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience

• Expert proficiency in Java is required.

• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.

• Advanced proficiency in Estimation and Planning, Program Project Management, along with Intermediate proficiency in Delivery Risk Management and Issue Management is suggested
