Head of DTC eCommerce – North America

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced regional eCommerce leader to help us accelerate our next phase of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and B2B eCommerce growth in North America.

As part of the Global DTC Commercial Team, you will own the regional P&L and lead the strategic and operational development of our online business across all brands and categories. You’ll report to the Global Head of Revenue for DTC (Switzerland) and work closely with the VP North America Region, driving collaboration across global, regional, and cross-functional teams.

This is a high-impact role at the center of our transformation: we’ve unified our platform and commercial functions into a single global DTC group and set an ambitious growth aspiration. You’ll play a pivotal role in turning this ambition into reality — building a best-in-class digital commerce experience and business engine for Logitech.

What You’ll Do

You will combine strategic leadership with operational excellence to deliver profitable growth. Your key responsibilities include:

Strategy & Planning

  • Define the annual and long-range DTC strategy and business plan across North and Latin America, aligned with global priorities.

  • Identify “Where to Play” (markets, categories, audiences) and “How to Win” (growth levers, demand generation, partnerships).

  • Set revenue, margin, and investment targets in partnership with Global Category and Finance teams.

  • Develop 3-year cross-category growth plans, including new business building blocks and operational scalability.

  • Integrate DTC seamlessly into the broader regional channel strategy alongside retail, distribution, and marketplaces.

Execution & Operations

  • Lead day-to-day commercial performance across multiple sites and channels, ensuring delivery of sales, profit, and customer satisfaction targets.

  • Partner with Marketing, Category, and Supply Chain to optimize the DTC growth mix — availability, assortment, pricing, media, and promotions.

  • Oversee performance marketing and traffic acquisition, ensuring regional alignment with global campaigns and KPIs (traffic, CVR, AOV, ROI).

  • Drive excellence in product launches, content, and customer journey, using analytics to improve performance continuously.

  • Manage the forecasting and demand planning process with regional and global stakeholders to ensure availability and efficient inventory allocation.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing regional DTC team, including Sales Operations and Category Management.

  • Partner closely with your EMEA & AP counterparts to share best practices and streamline global operations.

  • Influence and collaborate effectively within a matrix environment, aligning stakeholders across multiple geographies and functions.

  • Lead quarterly business reviews and annual planning cycles for your region.

What You Bring

  • 10–15 years of experience in eCommerce, digital sales, or category/vendor management in consumer goods or eRetail environments.

  • Proven success in P&L ownership, business planning, and delivering growth across multiple markets.

  • Strong commercial and analytical acumen, with the ability to turn insight into action.

  • Demonstrated experience working in matrixed, cross-regional organizations — influencing without authority and driving collaboration.

  • Deep understanding of performance marketing and the digital commerce funnel (traffic, conversion, retention).

  • Experience across North and Latin America; knowledge of B2B and Education eCommerce is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills; you thrive in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments.

  • Languages: English required; Other languages are a plus.

Location & Travel

  • Remote – East Coast preferred (to align with European HQ).
    Occasional travel to
San José (CA) and Lausanne (Switzerland) HQs.

The Opportunity

This is a rare chance to shape the future of one of the world’s most recognized brands in digital commerce. You’ll help build a scalable, data-driven DTC model that connects millions of consumers directly with our products — and set new standards for excellence across the industry.
