Position Overview

ProVest is seeking an On-Site Re-Route Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurate data entry, case management, and timely re-routing of service packets to ensure compliance with client and state requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy problem-solving, organization, and working in a fast-paced team environment.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Re-route complete service packets to servers within 48 hours of a defendant being placed in “awaiting summons to re-reroute.”

  • Establish work priorities by pulling identified workload reports, reviewing, and prioritizing assignments.

  • Apply client-specific and compliance-related knowledge to all processing tasks.

  • Ensure all forms, notices, and exhibits provided in service packets align with client specifications.

  • Analyze cases to troubleshoot and resolve issues, determining appropriate actions based on state and client requirements.

  • Perform critical quality reviews to ensure accuracy of all address and case data.

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with servers and service teams to ensure timely issue resolution and efficient communication.

  • Add case, defendant, and address-level notices in company systems regarding communication with servers.

  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed (e.g., printing, scanning, and proofing documents).


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field preferred.

  • Excellent typing and data entry accuracy.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Deadline-driven with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.


Physical Demands & Work Environment

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to walk, sit, use hands to handle or feel objects, reach with arms, balance, stoop, and communicate effectively. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, as well as depth perception and focus adjustment.

Work Environment:
Work is primarily performed in an office setting with minimal noise levels. The employee may occasionally be exposed to weather conditions when handling deliveries or mail-related tasks.


Schedule

  • Position Type: Full-Time, On-Site

  • Typical Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some flexibility may be required based on workload)
