Our brand new Sapp Bros Travel Center is now open, and we’re looking for an experienced Food Service Manager to lead all food operations, including our full-service restaurant, Beans & Brews, and Burrito Bros.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new team and help establish strong operations, guest satisfaction, and team culture from the start.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest service across all food concepts
• Oversee daily operations for the restaurant, Beans & Brews, and Burrito Bros
• Recruit, train, and develop employees to reach their full potential
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety compliance
• Monitor and manage budgets, labor, and food costs to achieve performance goals
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Foster a positive, respectful, and safe work environment for all team members
