The Vice-President of Sales and Account Management is responsible to the organization’s efforts to acquire, retain, and develop customer accounts and support the overall corporate strategic growth plan through steady revenue growth. This position will report to the CCO.

WHAT WILL THE JOB BE

  • Participate on the leadership team that creates the company’s strategic goals
  • Provide for overall steady growth of profitable top line revenues through the steady increase of sales
  • Build strong partnerships and rapport with all levels of the clients’ organization; represent the voice of the customer
  • Understanding client’s competitive environment and challenges
  • Oversee and provide leadership to the Sales Managers.
  • Manage client contracts, facilitate deliverables, and drive initiatives
  • Understands complex client financial arrangements and strategies
  • Drives contract renewals including amendment execution
  • Proactively review performance metrics to promote client satisfaction and work to anticipate needs and exceed client’s expectations
  • Works directly with the client to understand, represent, and drive client operational requirements throughout the organization
  • Manages the execution of standard client requirements
  • Responsible to ensure communication of the root cause and resolution path for operational issues that impact the assigned client
  • Maintains appropriate documentation regarding change orders, operational issues, and problem resolution
  • Maintains relationships with trade groups, and other organizations that support the growth of active customers
  • Partners with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Team to launch successful campaigns that raise awareness and sales
  • Partners with the finance team to create annual sales forecasting
  • Creates and maintains the MROH Culture
  • Prioritizes personal growth and development as a leader.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

  • Advanced knowledge and skills in sales.
  • Advanced skills needed to lead leaders.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with employees and customers
  • Ability to manage multiple functions at one time
  • Ability to accurately perform in depth mathematical calculations and prepare reports
  • Ability to hold strict confidence of financial information
  • Ability to maintain attention to detailed information
  • Ability to effectively communicate and understand detailed and/or technical information

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years’ experience in MRO sales
  • 5+ years in a sales leadership role
  • At least 10 years of experience in an MRO environment is preferred
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check
  • Must be proficient in English and Spanish preferred.
