This position reports to the Director of Sales Finance. The Sales Finance Loan Administrator will be responsible for various duties such as the funding and uploading of loans, insurance tracking, title tracking, processing adverse actions letters, and making sure the department is compliant with all lending and banking regulations. The Loan Administrator must exhibit a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times, provide customer service to our customers and dealer base, and focus on loan quality and compliance.
It is expected that the individual's performance will adhere to the bank’s Q STAR quality customer service standards for both internal and external customers.
Essential Functions
- Primary responsibility is making sure all loan documents are present and all forms and signatures are completed for loans made through the sales finance department
- Efficient turnaround and processing of all new loans with a goal to have a deal funded within 24 hours of it being received in the department
- Insurance verification and tracking
- Title work verification and tracking
- Uploading new customer loans to bank’s core system
- Communicating to Department Director, Relationship Manager, and/or Credit Manager when issues or problems arise
- Conducting welcome calls to new customers introducing them to the bank and answering questions they have
- Answering customer and dealer calls and questions
- In all activities making sure all processes adhere to fair lending and all bank regulatory matters
- Make sure applicants and customer receive all required forms when either applying for a loan or opening a new loan
- Perform other duties as assigned.
