The FESCO Group is a leading consumer electronics manufacturer, distributor, and eCommerce business with over 3,000 products within 15 leading national brands (like Car & Driver, Perry Ellis, Coby, Charge Worx and Epilady).  Currently our primary product categories include Personal Care, Audio, Charging, Smart Home, LED, Gaming, and Wellness. FESCO is headquartered in Brooklyn, NY with a footprint that also includes offices and operations in Shenzhen China.

We are looking to aggressively grow our B2B business within the US domestic, personal care and beauty consumer products industry.  We have just acquired the license for House of Harlow 1960 (personal care products), to add to our portfolio of brands within this sector (Epilady, Perry Ellis, Groom Essentials).  

Our VP of Sales (Personal care & Beauty) is primarily responsible for the B2B selling of our personal care and beauty products while further developing our line in the following categories:
  • Beauty Devices and Tools
  • Beauty Accessories
  • Male & Female Grooming Devices
Key Duties include:
  • Prime driver for New Business Development: Proactively generate and conduct Sales calls with National retail buyers within the beauty and personal care industry.
  • Identify white space opportunities across retail channels to inform strategic sourcing decisions.
  • Spot opportunities in both Amazon and traditional retail environments, translating insights into actionable sourcing initiatives.
  • Monitor top-performing products on Amazon to guide sourcing strategy and identify emerging trends.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Team, alongside ownership, to develop compelling product assortments that address consumer needs and drive new business sales.
  • Partner with the Design team to push packaging objectives & deliverables.
  • Lead and participate in weekly product reviews to provide updates, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Attend trade shows to discover new vendors, products, and industry innovations.
  • Continuously seek cost reduction opportunities without compromising product quality or delivery.
  • Coordinate Sourcing for our global brands (Assist team in sourcing and developing products throughout greater Asia (including China and Vietnam).
  • Liaise with 3rd Party Customer Service provider.
  • Liaise with Brand Licensors for product approvals.
  • Assist / Collaborate on Brand Deck and Catalogue development.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Consumer Marketing or a related field (Master’s degree a plus)
  • 8-10 years of professional experience in selling and sourcing Beauty and Personal Care Products to major US national retailers.  Extensive contacts and connections with retail buyers in the beauty industry is required.
  • Expert knowledge of the latest trends in beauty industry and personal care electronic products
  • Extensive work experience with Chinese and other Asian companies and suppliers
