Do you excel at keeping complex projects on track through data-driven insights? Join PEMCCO as a Project Controls Specialist/Scheduler II, where you’ll support senior leadership in maintaining accurate CPM schedules and performance metrics. In this role, you’ll manage reporting, track progress, and integrate cost and schedule data to ensure projects run efficiently and deliver results on time.

Essential Functions
- Update project schedules monthly; calculate float, slippage, and performance indices.
- Generate progress reports, milestone tracking charts, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate input from design, construction, and procurement teams.
- Support earned‑value and resource utilization analysis.
- Prepare graphics and dashboards using Power BI or Unifier.
- Ensure deliverable compliance with schedule standards and submittal formats.
Competencies
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel‑based analytics.
- Strong quantitative reasoning and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail and schedule data integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 5 – 10 years of project scheduling or project controls experience.
- Eligible for public‑sector access and security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- PSP or PMP certification.
- Familiarity with Acumen Fuse and Unifier dashboards.

Compensation
• $105 – $125 hourly, depending on experience, ability, and capability.
