Equipment Operator (Excavator/Utility) - What Will You Do?

• Operate assigned equipment, primarily Excavator, Loader and Grader, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ensure company equipment and work site are maintained and kept clean.
• Maintain equipment through preventative maintenance schedules.
• Assist in other areas of the plant as necessary and perform other duties as assigned. 
• Learn more about the Materials & Aggregate Industry in PA

Requirements - Who Are We Looking For?

• Proven ability to operate assigned equipment, primarily Excavator, Payloader and Grader.
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn.
• Team Mindset - "The NESL Way".
• Focus on Safety, Quality, and Accuracy.
• Experience in construction or manufacturing is a plus, but not required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and meets NESL's driving standards.
