Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and attending to guests, ensuring professionalism from team
- Hire, train, schedule, and lead all kitchen staff
- Maintain high food quality and preparation standards for all menu items
- Manage food inventory, place orders, and monitor stock rotation
- Enforce health and safety regulations, including food temperatures and sanitation
- Fill in as needed in kitchen roles to maintain operations
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and adherence to daily cleaning routines
- Track and reduce food waste through portion control and documentation
- Operate kitchen equipment, including the industrial dishwasher
- Communicate effectively with the Restaurant Manager and other departments to ensure alignment and consistency
