Currently we are seeking full-time sales professionals to join our team and assist our customers throughout the countertop sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a retail showroom.
• Must be available to work Saturdays.
• Greet and attend to customers by providing information to better help in the product selection process
• Provide estimates and close sales
• Assist customers with design solutions for their project, as requested
• Manage communication between homeowners and business partners and assist with each unique situation
• Manage showroom's sample and marketing literature inventory
• Maintain a clean showroom and always make sure the space is presentable and in perfect condition
• Stay educated on design trends
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a retail or showroom environment preferred
• Strong sales skills, proven track record of being customer-focused
• Excellent written/verbal communication and active listening skills
• Superior presentation skills
• Professional appearance to reflect our premium brand
