- Analyze service credit.
- Accurately update service credit
- Analyze earnings history to ensure it links with hours worked.
- Research cases where service and earnings history are not aligned.
- Participate in collaborative team activities like sprint planning and retrospective, and scrum
- Analyze benefit calculations
- Prepare cases for benefit recalculation
- Participate in benefit recalculation
- Analyzing and updating service credit history for members who are vested but have separated from employment with the MTA.
- Analyzing and updating service credit history for members who have requested pension estimates.
- Analyzing and revising certain benefit payments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must.
- The candidate should possess organizational, analytical and communication skills.
- The candidate should be able to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- The candidate should have a keen eye for detail and be able to work independently while being an active team player.
- Matriculated in an undergraduate program in good standing with at least 2.5 GPA
- Major(s) Preferred: Human Resources, Public Administration, Management, or related field.
