📍 Location: Franklin, TN | Full-Time Leadership Role

About the RoleWe’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to lead both internal and external marketing initiatives for Acadia and its family of brands. This high-impact leadership position oversees digital and traditional media campaigns, website strategy, media relations, and team development. You’ll manage projects end-to-end while driving innovation and optimization across all marketing platforms to strengthen brand presence and consumer engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including budgeting, creation, and optimization.
• Oversee website improvements, content migration, SEO/SEM strategies, and analytics reporting.
• Manage large-scale budgets (six figures+) with precision and accountability.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Partner with senior and executive leadership to align marketing strategies with organizational goals.
• Drive data-driven decision-making through analysis of Google Analytics, AdWords, and other platforms.
• Build external relationships for link development and brand visibility across blogs, news publications, and industry sites.
• Spearhead brainstorming sessions to create innovative campaigns and improve existing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• 6+ years of experience in marketing leadership, strategy creation, and campaign management
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, Paid Search, Paid Social, and email marketing
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Google AdWords & Analytics certification required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with WordPress
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work with sensitive, proprietary data

Preferred Skills

• Experience with bid management, ad copy testing, and programmatic platforms
• Familiarity with multivariate testing and ad servers
