Join the Event Setup Team at The Ranch!
We’re looking for dependable, energetic people to help bring events to life at The Ranch in Loveland, CO! As part of our Event Setup Team, you’ll help transform spaces by setting up tables, chairs, drapes, and equipment, making sure each event area looks great and is ready for guests.
At The Ranch, we’re more than just a venue; we’re a gathering place for the community. From concerts and trade shows to rodeos and festivals, something exciting is always happening here. When you join our team, you become part of what makes those experiences possible. It’s hands-on work in a fast-paced setting, and no two days are ever quite the same.
Schedule: Part-time, typically 20–29 hours per week (4–6 hours per day, 3–4 days a week)Duration: Approximately 12 months
Location: Work across The Ranch campus, including event spaces, barns, arenas, and outdoor areas
Availability: Most events happen on weekends, so schedules will align with event needs

Position Duties
What you'll be doing:
- Setting up, maintaining, and cleaning event spaces, including tables, chairs, drape, and equipment
- Sweeping, mopping, and completing general cleaning tasks before, during, and after events
- Reading and following layout plans to ensure accurate, efficient setups and teardowns
- Working independently or alongside a team on event and non-event projects
- Keeping facilities organized, clean, and guest-ready by performing basic maintenance as needed
- Rotating through all areas of The Ranch campus—including barns, arenas, expo spaces, outdoor areas, and maintenance shops
- Adapting to a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and some holidays
What we're looking for:
- Flexible and reliable, with availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Dependable transportation to all areas of The Ranch campus
- Hands-on experience with event setup, cleaning, or maintenance (preferred, not required)
- Eager to learn and safely operate equipment like forklifts, floor scrubbers, and sweepers
- Comfortable using basic tech tools such as Google Calendar, Drive, and Sheets
- Detail-oriented and committed to keeping event spaces clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License preferred.
