Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Ohio or Washington as set forth below.

THE WORK:
You'll develop and maintain program schedules identifying relationships, logic, milestones, and constraints for construction projects of various types.
You'll perform status updates for Program Schedules/Master Schedules on a monthly basis.
You'll ensure proper use of program-level standard codes, layouts and reports necessary to ensure data integrity
You'll effectively communicate with the project manager, design manager, and supporting divisions regarding all schedule/progress related matters and concerns in regular status meetings.
You'll serve as a liaison between project teams, department leadership and the program & project controls group.
You'll perform Critical Path analysis and Earned Value analysis.
You'll perform Program Schedule QA/QC reviews on a regular basis.
You'll prepare reports as needed and directed by Management.
Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
7-10 years professional experience in construction program management or public works project management
Proficiency with MS Project Online
Firm grasp of English language, both verbal and written
Formal knowledge of critical path method scheduling
Working knowledge of project management principles and how to apply them to program management
Familiarity with phases of a public works infrastructure project such as programming and planning, preliminary design, environmental document, final design, bid and award, construction, and post-construction
Knowledge of monthly progress reporting, including cost and schedule performance metrics
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Ideal candidates will have five years public works project scheduling experience and a desire to advance a career in project controls or construction management
Familiarity with civil public works construction equipment, means and methods is a plus
Proficiency with PowerBI queries and reports is a plus
