Procurement Project Manager
As a Procurement Project Manager at Philips, you’ll lead strategic procurement initiatives for our Accessories portfolio (chargers, cables, adaptors, travel cases, charging glass cups, and related items), managing a portfolio with significant strategic importance. You’ll drive supplier innovation, sustainability, and resilience, while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and long-term value for our customers.
Your role:
Lead complex procurement projects from initiation through successful implementation, aligning with Philips’ strategic goals and driving measurable impact.
Manage supplier engagement, ensuring early involvement in new product introductions, supporting sourcing strategies, and overseeing seamless phase-in and phase-out planning.
Develop accessories strategy and product roadmap with innovation, sustainability, resilience and cost. Ensure supplier readiness through launch and lifecycle phases to support product roadmap.
Drive Design for Excellence (DfX) for cost optimization with total cost of ownership (TCO) principles, value engineering and continuous improvement methodologies (LEAN, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
Champion sustainability by reducing carbon footprint, plastics, and lifecycle costs, while promoting resilient and eco-friendly supply solutions.
Act as an “intrapreneur” — challenging the status quo, inspiring teams, and influencing stakeholders across functions to deliver innovation and improvement.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical standards, and best practices.
You’re the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 8+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, project management, process engineering, R&D, or related fields (individual contributor role, working cross-functionally with global teams).
Your skills include DfX methodology, value engineering, supplier evaluation and quality management, data analysis, documentation & reporting, continuous improvement, and cost analysis tools (Should Costing, NPV, TCO)
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent
You’re a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, able to influence, inspire, and drive results while fostering innovation and efficiency.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Bothell, WA is $130,200 to $173,600.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
