Minimum Qualifications
- The candidate must meet all requirements established by the State Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training (CLEST). Review details in Section 1002.
- Must possess a valid Arkansas Class D (Non-Commercial Vehicle) Driver's License before employment and maintain licensure for the duration of employment in this position.
- Must possess Arkansas Crime Information Center (ACIC) National Crime Information Center (NCIC) certification within thirty (30) days of employment and maintain certification for the duration of employment in this position.
- Must possess certification as Specialized Police Personnel within one (1) year of employment and maintain certification for the duration of employment in this position.
- Must obtain Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) security and privacy general role certification within thirty (30) days of employment and maintain the certification for the duration of employment in this position.
