As a senior Labor Relations Business Partner, you will play a critical role in advising and supporting retail leaders across a designated U.S. region. Your focus will be on helping leaders successfully navigate labor relations, implement collective bargaining agreements, and drive process improvements. Acting as a change leader, you will collaborate across business units to ensure alignment and compliance while fostering strong labor partnerships. This position requires the candidate to be based in Seatle or the LA Metro area.

As a senior Labor Relations Business Partner, you will:

• Provide expert guidance on labor relations for operational projects and programs, ensuring compliance with internal and external processes.

• Conduct market assessments to identify labor-related risks and deliver actionable recommendations that remove barriers and influence strategic decisions.

• Develop and implement labor relations strategies and insights to support business objectives.

• Serve as an approachable resource for all levels of the organization, promoting a safe, authentic, and collaborative environment.

• Advise leaders and partners using labor relations expertise, tools, and resources to strengthen decision-making and compliance.

• Collaborate with retail leaders and support teams to build capability through training and resources that enable effective labor relations practices.
