This role guides a matrixed team of analysts and engineers, ensures alignment with federal priorities, and engages directly with federal clients to refine requirements, oversee deliverables, and support mission execution. In addition to leading day-to-day execution, the Technical Lead Senior Manager will drive innovation by reaching back into Cloud & Engineering and Data & AI practices to introduce modern engineering methods, automation, and advanced analytics. - Guide the design and development of dashboards and analytic products that integrate multiple cybersecurity and incident datasets
- Act as a solution architect, shaping the design of technical solutions by evaluating requirements, recommending scalable approaches, and ensuring interoperability across data, cloud, and AI platforms
- Drive development of pipelines and tables in Databricks, promoting interoperability, reusability, and program-wide consistency. Incorporate innovation to pilot new methods, such as ML-enabled anomaly detection, trend forecasting, and natural language processing to automate and enhance reporting
- Project Management and Delivery - manage execution of requirements, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring outputs align with the agency’s strategic objectives
- Provide quality assurance on contractor-developed products to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with standards
- Serve as an escalation point for technical challenges, coordinating resolutions with federal leadership and ensuring program-wide consistency
