Internship Details:
- This is a 10 Week Summer Internship Program starting on May 26, 2026, and ending July 31, 2026.
- CSX provides optional intern housing for the duration of the 10-week program, as long as the selected intern meets eligibility criteria
- Competitive hourly pay
- The Summer Internship Program will include: cross-functional learning, local onsite visits, Executive networking sessions, lunch & learn, and more
Primary Activities and Responsibilities:
- 30% Data Analysis
- 30% Working with department heads for specification review and updates
- 25% Running report creation
- 15% Developing strategy
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program from an accredited institution
- Cumulative minimum GPA of 3.0 (based on a 4-point scale)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Major or Concentration in Asset Management, or a related major field of study
- Anticipated graduation within a year after the end of the internship
- Cumulative minimum GPA of 3.5 (based on a 4-point scale)
- Asset management experience
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proven leadership ability and initiative
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations to a senior level audience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Job Requirements:
- Work inside an office environment
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership/executive audiences
- Work within established deadlines
- Successfully complete a background check and drug test
