The Workforce Planning Specialist executes HR initiatives imperative to talent strategy for the health system. The Workforce Planning Specialist plans, coordinates, and manages a full range of initiatives and projects that support ongoing efforts to ensure organizational effectiveness and change readiness.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, facilitate, and manage HR initiatives and projects.
- Serve as software administrator for Talent Management Modules/software.
- Develops and prepares all necessary communication plans, cascades, and support materials to internal marketing to ensure change readiness.
- Coordinate and deliver any training necessary to support HR initiatives to appropriate Business HR partners.
- Serve as liaison and consultant for Workforce Planning COE in support of Business HR Operations.
- Provides project coordination support for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Support and coordinate other HR operations related functions as needed.
Qualifications
Experience, Education, Training, Special Skills, and Licensure :
- 2 years professional human resources work experience.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Demonstrated success in managing projects that support organizational effectiveness concept through execution.
- Strong ability to analyze needs related to initiatives.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally, including strong public speaking and presentation skills which are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to innovate in the field inclusion, diversity and/or human resources and clinical management.
- Understanding of continual quality and process improvement along with effective program and data management that results in a measurable cultural change and adherence to workforce development standards.
