Opportunity
The General Manager of Kohler Services is responsible for leading the strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence of Kohler’s Services business, with a core focus on leading the Kohler Owned Home Services locations and building and optimizing a high-performing dealer network. This executive role is charged with developing innovative service capabilities, expanding into new business verticals, and delivering exceptional consumer experiences through differentiated go-to-market strategies.
This leader will be entrepreneurial, data-driven, and consumer-obsessed—identifying opportunities beyond the core KBA business to position Kohler Services as a market leader in home improvement and installation services across North America.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Kohler’s Owned Home Services locations and dealer channel strategy cultivating high impact relationships to drive growth, profitability and customer experience excellence.
Oversee the expansion and performance of dealer network, to unlock competitive advantage and accelerate market penetration.
Identifies major new growth opportunities adjacent to, but outside of the core Kohler business model to expand the reach, capabilities and growth potential of the corporation.
Identify, select and maintain high performance of top external agencies in the areas of creative development and lead generation.
Build and maintain high-impact relationships with strategic accounts to unlock competitive advantages and accelerate consumer outreach.
Champion new business models, product offerings, and service capabilities that differentiate Kohler in the marketplace.
Oversee COE resources to create best training, sales and installation practices and programs to implement across the dealer network.
Develop and employ advanced predictive analytics modeling to gain strategic advantage in market.
Set and monitor KPIs across dealer performance, consumer satisfaction (NPS), and financial outcomes.
Participate in executive reviews and business planning sessions to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

Skills/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years experience in all aspects of Executive Leadership and Sales, Marketing and/or Operations experience required.
5 years of P&L experience required.
Plumbing product sales and marketing experience preferred.
Experience working with and expanding on dealer networks preferred.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation.
