     Quality Life Services - Westmont is seeking an Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll work alongside the Regional Business Office Manager to help ensure smooth, efficient office operations that support the company’s financial health and overall success.

Quality Life Services operates 10 skilled nursing facilities, as well as a Family Home Health and Hospice, Quality Medical Associates, Quality Pharmacy, and Quality Staffing. Requirements

  •          High School Diploma or GED
  •          Working knowledge of Long Term Care, Personal Care and Independent Living billing and collections
  •          Basic computer skills
  •         Knowledge of PCC preferred

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  •         Prepare and submit reports on a timely basis to the governing body as required and as directed
  •         Verify Insurance Coverage upon admission
  •         Maintain an accurate resident census
  •         Attend Discharge Planning and Morning Meetings daily
  •         Deposit and key payments per company policy
  •         Meet with Residents and/or Representative and communicate out of pocket charges and responsibilities
  •         Accurately manage RFMS account
  •         Work with Medicaid Department to identify medical assistance need and assist gathering documents
  •         Generate monthly private pay statements and send out to all residents or responsible party
  •         Follow up on all account collection procedures
  •         Collect delinquent accounts
