Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9 AM–5 PM
Compensation: Base Pay + Monthly Bonus | W2 Employment
On-Target Earnings: 60k - 80k

The Opportunity
As a Customer Reconnect Consultant, you’ll reach out to homeowners who previously met with BathWorks but didn’t move forward. Using our guided design and follow-up process, you’ll help them revisit their remodeling goals, answer questions, and turn interest into action—all while building a strong foundation for your sales career.

What You’ll Do
• Contact and schedule follow-up visits with interested homeowners
• Conduct design consultations (in-person and virtual)
• Review prior designs and present updated solutions
• Track activity and progress in Salesforce
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure exceptional customer experiences

• Organized, dependable, and ready to learn
• Comfortable traveling locally to meet with customers
