Nucar Automall of St Albans is hiring an experienced Accounting Office Administrator

Summary
The Administrator will support our dealership's operational and administrative functions. Will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing vehicle documentation, supporting sales and service departments, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Essential Duties
Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly
Handle customer inquiries
Provide administrative assistance to management
Process all vehicle title and registration paperwork
Assist with the documentation of vehicle sales, trades and lease transactions
All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
Effectively utilize company computer systems
Working knowledge of MicroSoft Office Suite and Google Docs
Excellent leadership, analytical and organization skills

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of administrative experience
