About Us:
Early Autism Services is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services with a national presence, committed to delivering high-quality care to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Our team of skilled professionals is dedicated to providing compassionate and effective treatment, and we are looking for a Clinic Coordinator to support the seamless coordination of care and operations across our ten markets. 


Position Summary

The Clinic Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations, high-quality client care, and staff support within our Early Autism Services (EAS) clinics. This position oversees clinic daily management and ongoing operational compliance to maintain excellence across all service areas.




Clinic Management

  • Open the clinic daily; provide closing support as scheduled by the Operations Manager

  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards

  • Assist with inventory management as directed




Daily Operations

  • Provide early morning phone support

  • Manage cancellations and tardiness; adjust daily schedules in real time




Systems Maintenance

  • Ensure Activity Logs clearly document client communications and status updates




Audits & Follow-Ups

  • Track and document client and employee cancellations

  • Audit and track RBT conversions to achieve 100% by Tuesday 2 PM for the prior week




New Employee Support

Support the Operations Manager in onboarding new hires through RBT training and credentialing:

  • Complete RBT modules within 5 days

  • Conduct Competency Assessment within 3 days of module completion

  • Submit BACB documentation and payment on the day of successful assessment

  • Follow up within 7–10 days to confirm exam approval and schedule




Ongoing Client Management

  • Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication

  • Serve as a friendly point of contact for caregivers

  • Respond promptly to inquiries and direct to appropriate resources

  • Manage short term schedule changes and cancellations

  • Identify make-up opportunities for missed sessions

  • Track frequent cancellations or late pickups that impact therapy utilization




Conversion Compliance Targets

  • Achieve 100% conversion compliance by Tuesday 2 PM weekly




RBT Support & Scheduling

  • Serve as a friendly point of contact for RBTs

  • Respond promptly to RBT needs and direct to resources

  • Support RBT equipment distribution and ongoing management

  • Support schedule changes and relief rotations
