As ENTEK’s Payroll Manager, you will have the opportunity to bring your experience and creativity together with a very talented group of people within a positive environment to foster our company culture and growth.
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience overseeing the comprehensive payroll activities. The position will manage the Company’s payroll processing, compliance, and related accounting functions. As the payroll manager, you will develop, implement, and administer payroll policies and processes consistent with state and federal law; liaison with Paylocity, ensuring the payroll system is kept up to date with company and regulatory policies; manage the payroll specialist; and review and ensure accurate and timely pay and benefit processing. This position requires an in-depth knowledge of multi-state and federal payroll and wage and hour laws for reporting and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Five (5) years of experience as a Payroll Manager for similar position
- Strong leader who practices servant leadership while mentoring employees
- Deep knowledge of state and federal payroll and wage and hour laws
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- A creative mindset and a knack for thinking outside the box to solve unique challenges
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- Certified Payroll Profession (CPP) preferred
- Experience working in manufacturing or an equivalent multi-shift environment
Working Environment
- The typical hours for this role are Monday through Friday, starting at 7:00 am.
