Position Overview
Milacron is seeking an experienced Global Enterprise Integration Manager to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of integrations across our global business applications. This role ensures that enterprise systems work seamlessly together to enable efficient operations, consistent data, and reliable reporting.
The Enterprise Integration Manager will partner with both IT and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable integration solutions. This position requires strong leadership, integration expertise, and the ability to align technical solutions with enterprise business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Leadership & Strategy
- Define and implement Milacron’s enterprise integration roadmap, aligned with overall IT architecture and business objectives.
- Establish and enforce integration standards, methodologies, and governance practices.
- Drive cross-functional integration initiatives to support enterprise-wide business processes.
Solution Design & Delivery
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of integrations across multiple enterprise systems.
- Ensure integration solutions strengthen cross-functional business processes spanning finance, HR, and manufacturing operations.
- Manage integration of legacy systems with modern platforms to ensure business continuity and phased modernization.
- Leverage modern integration approaches (APIs, middleware, ETL, event-driven architecture) to improve scalability and reliability.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency and data consistency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of integration specialists and engineers.
- Manage vendor relationships and external partners for integration initiatives.
Governance & Compliance
- Maintain integration documentation, standards, and reference architectures.
- Ensure integrations adhere to data security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance.
Continuous Improvement
- Promote automation, reusability, and modernization in integration practices.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and eliminate redundancies.
- Stay current on emerging integration technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
6+ years of IT experience, with 2+ years of leadership experience.
Proven experience integrating major enterprise applications such as ERP (JD Edwards EnterpriseOne preferred), PLM, HRIS, and MES systems.
Strong knowledge of integration technologies (APIs, middleware, ETL, EDI, event-driven architecture).
Experience with cloud and hybrid integration platforms (Microsoft Azure preferred).
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and vendor management abilities.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with CI/CD and automation tools (Azure DevOps or similar).
Project management certifications (PMP, Agile, or ITIL).
Background in manufacturing or industrial enterprise systems.
