Your Responsibilities
Support in Payroll & HR Operations:
You’ll assist in the preparation, review, and follow-up of monthly payroll runs and gain hands-on insights into how payroll processes work in detail.Process Optimization Projects:
You’ll contribute fresh ideas to make processes more efficient – from digital documentation to improving data quality in Workday and SAP HCM.Data & Reporting Support:
You’ll help with data analysis, reports, and evaluations – ideal if you enjoy working with numbers.Administrative HR Support:
You’ll maintain employee records, prepare certificates, and support communication with internal stakeholders.
What You Bring
You’re currently enrolled in a Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Business Informatics, or a comparable degree program
Interest in Payroll, HR processes, and digital transformation
A structured and reliable work style – you keep an overview even when juggling multiple topics
Strong German and English skills, both written and spoken
Confident use of MS Office; first experience with Workday or SAP HCM is a plus
