About this Position

Meet Your Match 2025 is Henkel’s exclusive online recruiting event for ambitious students who are interested in an internship in Finance, Business Development, or Strategy. On December 3, 2025, you’ll have the opportunity to connect directly with hiring managers via virtual speed-dating interviews, and potentially secure your internship for 2026 – all in one day, in an engaging and efficient setting. 

This event offers a unique chance to get to know Henkel as an employer, engage with leaders and former interns, and expand your professional network in an inspiring atmosphere - fully online.

 As a participant of Meet Your Match 2025, you’ll experience a dynamic and engaging program: 

• Speed-dating interviews with hiring managers from Finance, Business Development, and Strategy 
• Motivational speech from a Henkel leader
• Alumni talk from former interns sharing their experiences 

The detailed agenda will be shared with selected candidates after the application process.

3. STRATEGY – Shaping the Future from Within 

Support Henkel’s strategic transformation through analysis, innovation, and consulting-style collaboration. Your ideas will help drive smarter decisions and sustainable success. 

What you’ll experience: 

• Develop and implement company-wide and department-specific strategies 

• Analyze processes and introduce new tools and methods 
• Optimize business and sales structures for long-term impact 
• Work in an in-house consulting setup to boost efficiency and competitiveness

What makes you a good fit

• Student with Finance, Business Development or Strategy background who has successfully passed first semesters of studies in global business and economics; basic knowledge in corporate finance, financial markets and financial instruments is important
• Relevant practical or international experience, such as previous internships or semester abroad, preferably experience in business development, finance or strategy
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent English language skills
• Affinity for numbers, quantitative analysis and related knowledge in the finance and accounting area 
• Highly motivated, team-oriented analytical thinker who demonstrates initiative, proactive and results-oriented approach to work

Please note: It is essential that you remain enrolled at a university throughout the entire duration of the internship in 2026. Exceptions may be made for students in a GAP year, provided they can demonstrate continued academic affiliation or a planned return to studies, ensuring alignment with internship eligibility requirements.

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1.050-2.095 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
