We’re looking for a motivated Route Supervisor to join our operations team! You’ll be the go-to person for our drivers and helpers — keeping routes running smoothly, safely, and on time. If you’re a natural leader who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and helping a team succeed, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the crew: Support and guide drivers and helpers to complete routes safely and efficiently.

• Keep it safe: Run safety meetings, enforce company policies, and make sure DOT standards are always met.

• Train & grow your team: Help onboard new drivers and conduct road tests.

• Work smarter: Look for ways to improve routes and boost efficiency.

• Be the connection: Communicate with drivers throughout the day and jump in to help when needed.

• Solve problems: Handle customer issues quickly and professionally.

• Get involved: Lend a hand with special events, community cleanups, and more.

What You’ll Need

• Education: High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree a plus!)

• Experience: 3+ years of route delivery or driving experience — leadership experience is a bonus.

• License: Class A or B CDL required.

• Skills:

  • Great communication and leadership skills

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

  • Familiarity with DOT regulations

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office & ADP experience a plus)

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather

• Able to lift, bend, and move as needed

• Regularly use hands and arms to handle equipment and communicate

Pay & Perks

• Salary: $72,000 – $76,000 per year
