Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll play a critical role in delivering  IT solutions  that align with customer projects and Alstom’s digital transformation goals. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including tender, project, and technical experts), manage  IT deliveries, and coordinate infrastructure deliveries with customer stakes.

You’ll specifically take care of project planning and management  as part of customer project organizations, but also ensure alignment with ONEXIS teams .

We’ll look to you for:

  • Project Planning and Management:
    • Effectively and efficiently Manage multiple project portfolios including timelines, budgets, resources, and milestones.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans. Ensure all activities align with project strategy and goals.
    • Coordinate efforts across various teams to maintain progress and quality.
    • Continuous monitoring and adjustments to mitigate risks /issues/challenges.
  • Team Leadership and Coordination:
    • Lead and coordinate project teams across domains.
    • Mentor and motivate team members.
    • Foster a collaborative and communicative environment.
    • Drive efficiency within teams.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Engage with senior stakeholders to provide strategic updates and gather feedback. Incorporate the feedback to improve further
    • Work with partner teams and internal support functions team
    • Identify and mitigate significant risks & challenges.
    • Ensure all deliverables meet rigorous quality standards.
  • Budget and Resource Management:
    • Develop project plans that identify resource and budgetary needs.
    • Host project meetings with team and managers. including inteanl and external teams
    • Provide feedback, advice, project updates, and encouragement to team members.
    • Manage deadlines and drive teams to ensure timeliness.
    • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed.
  • Reporting and communication:
    • Provide visibility of the projects to stakeholders by making accurate weekly . monthly reporting.
    • Conduct weekly and monthly steerco meetings
    • Drive end to end regular communications , highlighting progres, risks, issues anfd mitigation plan

  • Engineering degree or equivalent, preferably in information technology

  • 5+ years of experience in IT project managemnt, with significant knowledge of infrastructure and hosting services 

  • Good understanding of IT disciplines, including security, infrastructure and  cloud

  • Strategic planning and execution.

     

  • Risk management.

     

  • Team leadership and motivation.

     

  • Effective communication with stakeholders.

     

  • Budget and resource management
