We are seeking an energetic and certified Pi-Yo Barre Instructor to join our fitness team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will bring passion, positivity, and professional expertise to create transformative fitness experiences for our members. 

Mind Body Instructor Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead dynamic Pi-Yo Barre classes that blend Pilates, yoga, and ballet-inspired movements. 
• Create safe, effective sequences appropriate for mixed-level participants.
• Arrive early to greet members and set up equipment Provide modifications and progressions throughout class. 
• Maintain clean, organized studio space Foster a supportive, judgment-free fitness community. 
• Ability to be a substitute instructor for other classes when available.
•  Demonstrated ability to lead engaging, safe, and effective classes for various fitness levels 
• Strong knowledge of proper form, alignment, and modification techniques 
• Excellent cueing skills with clear verbal instruction and visual demonstration Understanding of anatomy, injury prevention, and exercise physiology  
• Creative approach to class planning and choreography 
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development Ability to provide individualized attention and modifications 
• Collaborative team player who supports studio culture  

Requirements

The ideal Mind Body Instructor will possess:

• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching Pi-Yo, Barre, or similar fusion fitness classes 
• Current Pi-Yo Barre certification (or equivalent Pilates/Yoga/Barre certification) CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain upon hire)
