Bell Trace Senior Living is looking for an Executive Director for Assisted/Independent Living!!!

The Executive Director is responsible for overall management and fiscal operations and for a high quality of resident care and services in accordance with professional standards, state and federal rules and regulations, and operational policies. The Executive Director plans, organizes, and directs all administrative duties within the residential portion of the community.

Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in an administrative capacity in a hospital, retirement or assisted living community, or long-term care facility. A degree in Business Administration or Liberal Arts preferred, but not required. Must possess and demonstrate a high degree of leadership, organizational ability, and communication skills.
