We’re offering a $500 sign-on bonus and paid certifications to help you grow with us! Are you ready to have fun while making a difference? Join our team as a Direct Support Professional in Norfolk, near Indian River Road and Military Highway.
As a Direct Support Professional, you will:
- Have Fun Every Day: Plan and enjoy activities like concerts, amusement parks, and community outings.
- Make an Impact: Support individuals with developmental disabilities in improving their independence and achieving their goals.
- Grow with Us: Receive free paid training and participate in our Career Pathways Program, designed to support your professional development.
Position Schedule: Sunday through Wednesday 11a-9p (off Thursday, Friday and Saturday!)

Hourly Pay: $17.02- $23.02 (with shift differential)
