Instructional Coach

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years teaching experience

2. Master’s degree Preferred (must be willing to obtain)

3. Reading Specialist Certification preferred but not required.

4. Experience in presenting professional development to teachers

5. Experience in a leadership role working with other teachers

6. Evidence of effectiveness in communication
