Holiday Tree Lot Associate (Seasonal Position) presso Cross Creek Nursery

About the Role

We’re looking for upbeat, reliable team members to join our Christmas Tree Lot Crew for the holiday season! This is a hands-on, outdoor position perfect for individuals who enjoy physical work, customer interaction, and spreading holiday cheer.

Season runs from: Approximately the week before Thanksgiving through the second week of December (dates may vary based on weather and demand).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcome customers and assist them in finding their perfect tree.
  
• Prepare and display trees so the lot looks clean and inviting.
  
• Unload and organize incoming shipments of trees.
  
• Net, drill, and load trees safely onto customer vehicles.
  
• Keep the lot organized and clear of debris.
  
• Support other team members with general seasonal duties.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable, hardworking, and positive attitude.
  
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
  
• Enjoys working outdoors in various weather conditions.
  
• Great communication and teamwork skills.
  
• Must be 18 years or older.
  
• Weekend availability is required.
