Position Overview:
The IT Developer (P2) plays a hands-on technical role within the Digital Enablement Team.
Reporting to the IT Digital Enablement Manager, this position supports enterprise-wide application development and automation initiatives by designing, building, and maintaining solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and UI Path RPA.
This role collaborates with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient applications and automation workflows. The IT Developer contributes to continuous improvement efforts, supports configuration management, and assists with testing and deployment activities.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Design and develop automation workflows using UI Path RPA to streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with project team members to understand business requirements and user experience goals.
- Participate in the design, build, and deployment of applications aligned with project standards.
- Assist with configuration management, including source code control, issue tracking, and deployment provisioning.
- Support testing and automation processes for application delivery.
- Recommend and help implement continuous improvement initiatives across development practices.
Experience and Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field OR 4–5 years of equivalent hands-on experience in application development and automation.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- UI Path RPA development and deployment
- Software development lifecycle and configuration management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Effective team collaboration and interpersonal skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Exposure to enterprise RPA governance or interest in contributing to automation strategy
- Experience supporting low-code development environments
- Familiarity with version control systems and deployment pipelines
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in a hybrid or remote environment with occasional on-site collaboration
- Ability to participate in virtual meetings, workshops, and training sessions
- No specific physical demands beyond standard office and remote work requirements
