Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic individual with a positive attitude who will aid the accounting team in transactional and monthly closing tasks. Essential Functions

- Preparing journal entries
- Performing account reconciliations, including bank statements and intercompany general ledger accounts
- Assisting with the preparation of audit schedules for both operational and financial audits
- Applying customer credit card payments to the appropriate customer accounts
- Reviewing employee expense reports for proper coding
- Assist with other projects as needed
- Perform Other duties as assigned

- (S) Microsoft Office application knowledge (especially Excel)

Work Environment and Physical Demands
- In office environment
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Travel
- This job requires no planned business travel.
Education and Experience
- High School graduation or equivalent is required.
- Must be in the process of completing a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
