Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience with design and architecture; and testing/launching software products.
- Experience with streaming media, such as live-streamed video.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
- Experience bringing a new product or significant feature-set to market.
- Experience with one or more of the following: large-scale fleet management, video conferencing, hardware products, factory, cloud architecture, real-time processing, OS platforms.

Responsibilities
- Act as a lead software architect and technical leader across the software organization.
- Drive cross-team technical excellence, including strategic planning and advocating for ongoing technical and infrastructure investments.
- Foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and accountability within the software organization.
- Lead the technical lead organization as the team's most executive technical leader.
- Collaborate with product, program, and engineering managers, and cross-organizationally where necessary, to set product direction.
