- Understand user needs through various research methodologies
- Design workflows and interaction flows based on user needs
- Prototype and test visual designs and interactions
- Produce wireframes, mock-ups and work with developers to have mock-ups turned into working software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms such as desktop and mobile, Android and iOS.
- Ability to synthesize user, technical and design requirements into highly usable applications.
- Design clean, maintainable, documented mockups
- Monitors work to ensure quality, and continuously promote Quality First Time.
Must Have Skills:
- Minimum 10-12 years’ experience in UX
- Strong communication skill to articulate ideas and comprehend challenges
- Worked on client-side delivery
- Proficient with either Sketch and Adobe Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical, diagnostic, problem-solving and optimization skills.
- Understanding of responsive website design principals
- Fulltime Degree in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial) or a related field
Good to Have:
- Keen user interface/experience sensibility; able to clearly communicate design/feature ideas to a developer.
- Experience with issue tracking systems such as Remedy or Jira.
