This role is responsible for keeping the facility in a clean and organized manner. Performs work associated with the upkeep and appearance of indoor and outdoor environments, including grounds and landscaping for the entire property.
Location: 1750 Wall St. Rd, Gunter, TX 75058
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to:
- Follows Safety Guideline and procedures set for this role.
- Does not operate any equipment, machinery, or until if he/she has not been trained to operate.
- Reports equipment failure or malfunction to the maintenance team immediately.
- Patrols yard and gathers debris and places in appropriate bin, i.e. trash or steel.
- Organizes facility both inside buildings as well as outside.
- Works with Parts Coordinator with proper storage of items.
- Cleans equipment.
- Paints items around facility.
- Lubricating wheel bearings to prevent excessive tire wear.
- Performing engine cleanings to prevent rust formation.
- Replacing cabin, fuel, air, and oil filters as required.
EDUCATION
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
EXPERIENCE
- Experience in construction or manufacturing desired but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to operate landscaping equipment.
- Familiarity with various hand and power tools.
- Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather.
