Overview:
The F+B Manager oversees the daily operations of the resort’s restaurant, bars, and snack outlets. This role ensures excellent guest service, efficient operations, and a motivated, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily F&B operations, ensuring quality service and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Lead, train, and schedule staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and manage inventory to meet financial goals.
  • Maintain high guest satisfaction by responding promptly to feedback and resolving issues.
  • Assist with menu planning, seasonal updates, and vendor relationships to ensure quality and value.
  • Support promotions and special events in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, labor, and liquor laws.
  • Communicate operational needs, performance results, and staffing updates to resort leadership.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5 years in a food & beverage management role, preferably in a resort or hospitality setting.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
    • Proven ability to manage budgets, inventory, and team performance.
    • Knowledge of current F&B trends and service standards.
    • Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Physical Requirements: Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

This is a full-time, year-round salaried position working at Sun Outdoors located in Conway, SC.
