Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8 Am - 5 PM and Friday 8 AM - 2:30 PM *On call every 7 weeks*

The role you’ll contribute:
Responsible for performing routine preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and systems throughout the facility. This position inspects and tests equipment to ensure proper functioning, follows established procedures, and receives daily instruction on work tasks. Other tasks include assisting other trades as needed to maintain the facility and ensuring all maintenance activities are completed efficiently and effectively.

- Assists in the operation and general maintenance of painting, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, locksmith, and alarm systems.
- Maintains complete and accurate records of all maintenance and repairs.
- Keeps current on maintenance logs and documentation.
- Manages and maintains tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure maintenance tasks do not interfere with operations.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
- High School Grad or Equivalent Required
- Driver's License (DL) Required
- Apprentice License in specified jurisdiction only Required
