JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic ServiceNow Program Manager / Platform Lead with 15+ years of experience in enterprise IT delivery, including ServiceNow implementation, migration of legacy applications (e.g., SharePoint, Lotus Notes, custom-built apps), and people management. The ideal candidate must have significant exposure to GxP-regulated environments, strong experience in leading application modernization initiatives, and driving digital transformation programs in the pharmaceutical domain.

REPORTING STRUCTURE:
Will report to – Chief Information Office (Central Partner Functions)
QUALIFICATION:
- BE / BTech in CS or IT mandatory. Masters in relevant field preferred
- One or multiple of the below certifications preferred:
a. ServiceNow Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist, and Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
b. Project Management Certifications (PMP / Prince2 / Agile SAFe) preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- 15+ years in enterprise IT, with 8+ years in leadership roles driving platform strategy and digital transformation.
- Proven success in migrating legacy applications to modern platforms and leading large-scale IT transformations in regulated industries (e.g., pharma, life sciences).
CORE SKILLS:
- Strong expertise in enterprise platforms, workflow automation, and integration frameworks.
- Hands-on with emerging technologies: AI/ML, RPA, Low-Code/No-Code, Cloud-native solutions, and Analytics.
- Deep understanding of compliance, data integrity, and change management requirements.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- Strategic thinker with ability to balance long-term vision and short-term deliverables.
- Strong collaboration skills to influence stakeholders and drive decisions in global matrix organizations.
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners effectively.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define and drive the enterprise platform strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities.
- Evaluate, pilot, and adopt new technologies (AI, RPA, LCNC, Analytics, Cloud) to deliver business value.
- Partner with business leaders to identify digital opportunities and co-create scalable solutions.
- Establish governance, best practices, and compliance frameworks for platform adoption.
- Lead cross-functional teams and vendor partners to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Ensure regulatory compliance (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, ALCOA+) in all relevant IT systems.
